At Inkocean Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware and components. To ensure a seamless experience, items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Inkocean account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foams are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
